Well done junior. Make sure you remind the old man at every opportunity about your win.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

Truely a chip off the old block. He will be playing off a burglars handicap for years - just like his Dad

Seriously - well done. But you pay the penalty for it. You now have a target on your back as a winner and a bit less handicap. Makes it tough but get rid of those crappy holes and you will start to string it together for 18 and really clean up.
    Cheers
    Craig

I have been, but Mum has told me to knock it off as she is sick of hearing about it.

Still off 36. First time I have beat my handicap, I hope to keep on doing it.
