Nambour GC, Sat July 23, 6:54a (4B Stableford)

I've booked a group of 4 at Nambour for Saturday July 23. Unfortunately I could only get a super early time for a full group of 4 (they seem to be a lot busier than what they used to be).

The format of the comp is 4 ball best-ball stableford. I've been playing too many single comps and it will be good to play a team comp for a change.

I think the cost is just under the $20 mark.

This round is currently in doubt due to my tennis success in the University of Queensland Open today.

No, but as you can see at the top, Choppa is a maybe, and there is still a question mark over whether the round will still go ahead.

Last I heard he was.

No, the scramble was on the Sunday. At $40 for visitors, it seemed a bit too steep.
Keep an eye out for the Scramble at Nudgee in August (I think). Cheaper, with some food, alcohol and other goodies provided. A great day out.

Pete I still driving but both of mine or Kee's car is impossible to fit 3rd person if we put both bags at the bag. (we need to fold down all back sits to fit in the bags)

Good news, gents. My tennis semi-finals have been scheduled for Sunday morning, which means our round at Nambour is still on.

Now I just have to ring my brother and tell him we won't be playing at Cooroy on Sunday. It's a shame, because I was looking forward to playing there for the first time.
