Be interested to hear your thoughts on the Z545.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

My mate up here in Darwin just bought one, and we hit the demos a fair bit before that (range and course).

It is probably the most inherently straight driver I have hit yet. Feel is magic and sets up beautifully.

I would say the long ones are the longest around, but my average length would be longer with this, because it is very consistent.

Thanks benno. Have been looking at upgrading for a while but been too busy / slack to do anything about it. The Z545 and the Cobra FlyZ+ have both caught my eye. I need to get into Drummonds and see if they have any demo clubs.

I will get in the dibs queue if it does come up for sale and Bill says no.

Only hit DI and BB in driver and GT in fairways but it seems to launch like a Diamana S+ but less spin and very smooth, maybe a tad soft to flex.

Is the grip on this putter legit? http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/hilla...ter/1075034071

I asked what model it was and this a pic I got sentmid slim 2 xl.jpg

I've had a bit of a look around and haven't been able to find blue and grey/silver mid slim 2.0 xl grips.

I was thinking that if the grip is questionable the putter might be also.

edit: Haven't bought it, was just just looking to and thought this would be a place to post.
