2008 Champs II - Gold Coast

CHAMPS DETAILS: 8/9 November 2008

STAYING: Raddison Resort. $150 Per Room twin share for Saturday Night. this does include breakfast on Sunday morning if you are capable of navigating to the dining room prior to your 8:00 tee off.

PLAYING: Palm Meadows both days. Cost is $75 per day for golf. This includes a cart. Tee Times from 11:00 am Saturday, and 8:00 am Sunday.

Sat Night: REX Room at the Rado. We have our own room, this is gonna be interesting! Food from the rest next door, $20 pizzas, $40 seafood buffet etc etc. No BYO to the room.

Total Fixed outlay: $225 (assuming twin share)

For those sharing, enter your details per normal and in the comments section, include the person (no nicks) who you will be sharing with. Reservations will then match these details up (after both parties have made their booking) and charge each person the correct amounts. So start organising amongst yourself who is sharing with who.

The accommodation block is setup from the 5th - 10th November should people wish to stay extra nights.

But they have pumped in a lot into the course and it is the best now than it ever was.

Thank gawd for that. It sure needed it. But I am guessing it is still a cow paddock with greens and tees.

BTW what is you local track like???

My local track looks great. Shame I don't play it, but every morning I drive across the gateway it makes my day at work seem even longer.

On the way home in the car yesterday, i had the Ipod playing and a little idea came into my head. A OzGolf Champs playlist/soundtrack CD. It could be the backing music to a slideshow of all the pics that have been taken.

Might have been me regretting to committing to the playlist exchange but a few songs came into my head.
